If you were assigned a login and password, you may want to change it for security reasons. Many shops will assign you a "Fake" login using an email address that you don't receive email at and this poses a problem if you ever need to recover your password. It also restricts us from replying to any help requests posted using the chat feature, and it means you may not receive any important updates from us.
To change those settings is easy, only takes a few seconds:
Under the "Settings" menu, you can either change your password or your personal information (name & email address.
Password change, simply enter your existing password and what you would like as a new password.
Personal Information Change, simply replace your email with the one you would like to use or select a new username or use your cell number. You can use one or all of these options.
